The project will take place at the intersection of 136th Street and Prairie Baptist Road in Fall Creek Township.
Sight distance and approach grades will be improved. There will be no added travel lanes or signalization. The realignment will consist of both horizontal and vertical corrections (an 'S' curve will be eliminated on 136th Street and elevation will be rise on west leg of intersection will be cut down to the existing elevation on the east leg of the intersection).
