Project Scope
The road will be reconstructed to remove the vertical curves west of Prairie Baptist Road. Travel lanes will be widened to 12' with 6' shoulders with improved superelevation in the horizontal curves. Additional safety measures will be incorporated into the project.
Reason for Project
To improve the safety of this segment of roadway due to a higher than average number of runoff the road crashes.

Funding
The design costs and Right-of-Way will be funded locally. Construction and Construction Inspection will be 80% Federal and 20% Local Funds.
