Reason for Project
The existing structure is currently posted for a weight limit of 12 tons. The superstructure and substructure are both nearing a poor condition rating which warrants replacement and/or rehabilitation
Project Scope
This will be a rehabilitation project that consists of replacing the superstructure, and fiber-wrapping the pier piles. The proposed superstructure will be a continuous concrete slab on integral end bents. The bridge will also be widened to accommodate two 12' lanes with 5' shoulders on both sides.
