Judge Najjar has served Hamilton County for over ten years as Magistrate, presiding over all types of civil and criminal cases. Before that, He was a deputy prosecuting attorney here in Hamilton County, and handled major felonies for five years. He's been active in the community with his church, St. George Orthodox Church in Fishers and with his kids in Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. He has also taught about the Constitution in schools, worked with high school students in the Hamilton County Mock Trial Competition, and presented at several professional conferences on family law issues.
