The ARPA Planning Committee was developed to formulate a strategic funding plan that establishes community priorities and aligns with eligible uses of both the direct allocations and potential funding from other federal agencies.

As Hamilton County prepares to invest American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, community input will help assess the needs of county residents and explore how funding can be aligned with local priorities.

The Hamilton County ARPA Committee will seek public feedback throughout the period in which funding is available.  The ARPA Committee compiles all confidential responses for review and consideration.  You can provide your feedback through this form:

Annual Recovery Plan Performance Report

The Annual Recovery Plan Performance Report provides information on Hamilton County’s SLFRF projects and how the county plans to ensure that the given outcomes are achieved in an effective, efficient, and equitable manner. This report provides the county’s planned approach for the use of funds and includes performance indicators identified by the county and mandated performance indicators identified by Treasury.
