The Infrastructure Technology (IT) Group assists the County IT team with interactions between all the other Comms Group Teams. This includes assistance in deploying new infrastructure, testing out new equipment, finding solutions for desired emergency response outcomes as it relates to technology needs, and documenting/experimenting with new software tools for communication.

David has over 20 years of experience in IT and Software Engineering. Throughout his career David has had experience in many technology stacks ranging from ancient to modern (Power Systems, ARM, Intel). Currently, as a CTO of a Cloud Management software company he experiences a wide range of environments and scaling needs for customers. As an Amateur radio operator, he is excited to take these skills and apply them to Emergency needs!
