Voting Methods

On Election Day
The General Election Day is November 3rd, 2020. Polls will be open from 6a-6p.  Please remember to check your polling location to be sure it has not changed.  Bring your ID (Indiana Driver’s License, Indiana State ID, U.S. Passport, or U.S. Military ID)

Vote Early - In Person 
7 Satellite locations will be available for voting. Voting at the Judicial Center will also be available. Check here for details: Vote Early - In Person.

Vote By Mail
Mailed Ballot applications must be received by 11:59 pm on October 22nd.  Check here for details: Vote Absentee

Voter and Ballot Information

Use the Registered Voter Information system to look up precinct specific information.  Many Polling Locations have changed for 2020, check where your location is.       

You can:

  • Verify that you are a registered voter in Hamilton County
  • Verify in which precinct you are registered
  • Obtain the address and a map for your precinct’s polling place
  • View your precinct’s list of candidates, a few weeks prior to an election
