Project Location

The intersection of 136th Street and Prairie Baptist Road in Fall Creek Township.

Project Scope

Sight distance and approach grades were improved. There are no added travel lanes or signalization. The realignment consisted of both horizontal and vertical corrections.

  • Contractor: 3D Company, Inc.
  • Construction Start Date: June 2017
  • Construction Completion: August 31, 2017
  • Construction Cost:  $663,000

Reason for Project

Improvements were needed to improve intersection and increase safety.


The project was funded through a combination of local funds and Federal Aid.
