9/28/17: Lacy Rd. is now open to traffic. Construction is complete.
Structure #33048 is located on Lacy Road between 241st Street and 246th Street in White River Township.
Reason for Project
Deterioration had occurred at the substructure, leaving the footing and reinforcing exposed.
The project widened the structure roadway width to meet current safety standards with two 12-foot lanes and paved shoulders. The new structure is now able to accommodate a Q100 flood event with additional two feet of free board for unexpected flooding events.
