Development Project Plan Review
Every new development project planned within Hamilton County is reviewed by Surveyors Office Plan Reviewers. The plan review process involves a thorough inspection of the plans and appropriate approval or denial of plans and other items regarding new construction. Plan Review Process
In addition to the hours reviewing submissions, the plan review process involves site visits, written correspondence, meetings and Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meetings. The Plan Reviewers represent Hamilton County at TAC meetings in:
