Generally, the meeting are normally held the 2nd Thursday of January, April, July, and October. They are held at 8:00 AM at the Hamilton County Health Department, 18030 Foundation Drive, Noblesville, Indiana. Parking is available in front of the building. The building is handicapped accessible.
