Program Coordinator: Emily Capps

General Description:
The Hamilton County Court Assisted Rehabilitative Efforts (C.A.R.E.) Program exists to assist clients who are active with the Court for alcohol or other drug-related offenses in being referred to appropriate education or treatment. The Program has been designated a fully certified Court Alcohol and Drug Program through the Indiana Office of Court Services. Currently, the Program employs six staff members who are not only certified probation officers, but are also certified by the State of Indiana to perform substance abuse assessments and subsequently make referrals to appropriate services.

  • All monies are collected by the Clerk of Hamilton County
  • Clients are responsible for the cost of any additional education or treatment that is recommended.
