Summer Foraging

Saturday, August 24, 2019

The heat of summer ripens wild fruits and nuts, giving humans and wildlife alike abundant foraging options. In this workshop with herbalist Greg Monzel of Wild Persimmon School of Wellness, we'll discover what's in season, taste and harvest wild foods, and with any luck, make a harvest to share together. Greg will share tips for processing and preserving wild foods and medicinal herbs.
We hope you will join us way down yonder in the pawpaw patch.
