Summer Foraging Hike

Hone your foraging power through plant identification and enjoy a hike along the prairie in full summer bloom. Greg Monzel is an herbalist, forager, and teacher with a lifetime of experience eating wild plants. He will introduce edible and medicinal plants, and demonstrate how to create a refreshing iced beverage made from  herbs gathered along the way.
