Cool nights, but warm days are arriving, which gets the sap a’flowing. The staff will be demonstrating making maple syrup, and continuing the Bray Family tradition on the property which began more than 150 years ago.

Traditional and modern equipment will be used to make syrup as well as information regarding the folklore, history, and science about maple trees will be shared. During the tour, visitors will leisurely rotate through the Maple Grove, History Hut, Sugar Shack, and Sugar Shop which takes about hour. Live music and food for purchase will be part of the activities. Drangonwood Maple Syrup will be onsite with their locally produced maple syrup and other
maple products and honey for purchase. Cash, check and credit are accepted for purchases.
