In the course of an investigation conducted by the Noblesville Police Department, law enforcement officers arrested Peyton Kennith Tonning on Sunday, September 27, 2015
On Monday, September 28th, the State charged Mr. Tonning with six counts: Burglary, a Level 2 Felony; Armed Robbery, a Level 3 Felony; two counts of Pointing a Firearm, each as a Level 6 Felony; Theft, a Class A Misdemeanor; and Illegal Consumption of an Alcoholic Beverage, a Class C Misdmeanor.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The charges were filed with a Hamilton County Clerk’s Office and filed into Hamilton Superior Court No. 2 under cause number 29D02-1509-F2-008600.
Mr. Tonning remains held at the Hamilton County Jail on $50,000 bond, cash or surety, and has a pretrial hearing set for December 11, 2015.
