COVID19 - Coronavirus Information

The state website at https://www.coronavirus.in.gov provides details on locations, requirements, scheduling and payment options.

As of 8-6-2020, there are 6 sites in Hamilton County, as listed below. This information is changing often - check the state website for the most up-to-date information and additional details. 

ISDH/Optum Test Site
400 Lafayette Rd, Noblesville 46060
Scheduling: Scheduling via web available 
Requirements: No testing requirements. By appointment. Walk-ins welcome, but individuals can preregister online in advance to save time. Testing is open to anyone age one and older who lives or works in Indiana.  
Payment Options: Hoosiers will not be charged for testing and insurance is not required. If you have private health insurance, please bring that information with you.

Scheduling: By appointment - Scheduling via web available 
Requirements: Must complete an assessment at https://fishersrecovery.com/testing
Payment Options: Free for Fishers residents.

Requirements: Because of limited supplies and in accordance with CDC guidelines, testing is limited to certain patients. Visit cvs.com to see if you qualify.
Payment Options: Please bring your insurance information with you. Patients should not have any out-of-pocket costs, but you should check with your health plan to confirm scheduling a test. If you do not have insurance, bring your Social Security number (card not needed), driver’s license or state ID.
