Written offers to a Request for Proposals/Qualifications for the purpose of providing a Public-Private-Partnership will be received by the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners (the “County”), One Hamilton Square, Suite 157, Noblesville, IN 46060 until 12:00 noon Eastern time on April 22, 2022, for a Public-Private Agreement (as defined in IC 5-23-2) related to the potential constructing, operating, transferring, and developing of water and wastewater infrastructure (the “Project”) in the County pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Indiana Code, including, but not limited to, Indiana Code Section 5-23.
