[ARCHIVED] Initial Hearing Continued in Lonny Hatland Case

The Fishers Police Department arrested Fishers resident Lonny J. Hatland on Saturday, November 14, 2015, on preliminary charges of promotion of human trafficking, rape, and battery.

Mr. Hatland’s initial hearing had been set for Monday, November 16th. However, the State requested a continuance of that initial hearing to review the case for formal charges. That request was granted by the magistrate, and the initial hearing has been reset for Tuesday, November 17th at 1:15 p.m.

Mr. Hatland remains held at the Hamilton County Jail with a bond set pursuant to the Hamilton County Local Rules in the amount of $52,500.00.

Always remember that the fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
