UPDATE (12/1/2015): An initial hearing had been set for December 2nd; however, by agreement of the parties, the initial hearing has been continued and will be scheduled and held following the filing of charges, if any.

Following an agreement on bond, Mr. Lonny Hatland posted his bond on November 17th and has been released from the Hamilton County Jail. His initial hearing had been set for the 17th but has been vacated accordingly. The Prosecuting Attorney's Office continues to review the investigation, which itself remains ongoing, for appropriate charges.
Always remember that the fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. Given the number of requests, should formal charges in fact be filed against Mr. Hatland, the office will make the charging information and affidavit for probable cause available at that time. Excepting that situation, this office has no further comment on the case.
