Notice is hereby given of the hearing of the Hamilton County Drainage Board on the
Flat Rock Creek Farms Drain, Increase Collection Period on April 24, 2023 at
9:00 A.M. in Commissioners Court, Hamilton County Judicial Center, One Hamilton
County Square, Noblesville, Indiana. The purpose of the hearing is for the Board to
increase the amount of the maximum unencumbered amount of the maintenance
fund for the Flat Rock Creek Farms Drain, Increase Collection Period to be increased
from four (4) times the estimated annual cost of periodic maintenance of the drain to
eight (8) times the estimated annual cost of periodic maintenance. The Board will not
consider an increase in annual maintenance assessments at the meeting. The
previously established Schedule of Assessments made by the Drainage Board have
been previously approved and are available for public inspection in the office of the
Hamilton County Surveyor.
