This intersection will be closed on or after September 19th for about 45 days for construction of a roundabout. Detour routes will be posted, using Ditch Road, Shelborne Road, 96th Street, and 116th Street.
The existing signalized intersection will be reconstructed to a multi-lane roundabout. The reconstruction will include new full-depth pavement, curb and gutter, an enclosed storm water system, shared-use path, and sidewalk with new curb ramps. Two private drives will be reconstructed on the east side of Towne Rd, one north of 106th St and one south of 106th St.
Access to all properties within the project limits will be maintained at all times.
