Detour routes are posted, using Carmel Drive, Guilford Road, and 116th Street.
The existing T-intersection will be fully reconstructed to a multi-lane roundabout. The reconstruction will include new full-depth pavement, curb and gutter, an enclosed storm water system, shared-use path and sidewalk with new curb ramps. The private drive for the hotel, on the west side of the roundabout, will be reconstructed. Along with the drive reconstruction, a portion of the hotel parking lot will be reconfigured to operate effectively with the new roundabout.
Access to the businesses within the project limits will be maintained at all times. Access to the Hotels will be maintained from both the north (through a temporary drive), and from the existing drive to the south.
