Carmel, Indiana – Please be advised, effective on or after Monday, March 20th, 2017, minor repairs and maintenance will begin on Bridge 155 (116th Street E. over Cool Creek). Temporary lane closures and traffic delays can be expected from 9am – 3pm throughout the duration of the project. Construction is expected to be complete within three days from the actual date construction begins.
