Beginning on or after August 7th, the intersection of 4th Street South & Range Line Road will close for 30 days to construct a new roundabout. In addition, the Arts and Design Arch at that location will be relocated just to the north to make room for the new single lane roundabout that will also provide new access and a main entryway for Carmel Midtown.
