Hamilton County Emergency Management will have sandbags available for Hamilton County residents beginning at 8:00 am, Friday September 7th. Sandbags can be picked up at 1717 Pleasant Street, Noblesville, behind Household Hazardous Waste Center, next to the recycling bins.
