Please be advised, effective on or after Monday, February 11, 2019, Joyce Avenue between Strawtown Avenue and 241st Street will be restricted between the hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm. The road is scheduled to be closed during these hours to all thru traffic for up to 20 calendar days while the contractor clears right of way, tentatively opening back up to traffic on or before Friday, March 01, 2019.
