Carmel, Indiana – Please be advised, effective on or after Monday, September 23, 2019, the Hagan-Burke Trail will be closed at Lowes Way. The trail is scheduled to be closed through winter. During the trail closure, the public should utilize the signed detour route of the Monon Trail and 146th Street (detour route can be found below).
