What happens after restitution is ordered?
All restitution payments are to be made through the Hamilton County Clerk's Office. The Clerk will then issue a check to the victim(s). It is the victim's responsibility to notify the Clerk's Office of any change in address. You may call the Clerk's Office at 317-776-9629.
