1. I signed up, but never had to enter a user name and password. How do I log in to change my preferences?

Our site has an area called Citizen Connect that lets you control your settings for digital communications services. It lets you select and manage several services, including eNotify.

If you know your Citizen Connect credentials, log in and go to the subscriptions page.

If you aren't sure, click on "forgot my password" and enter your email account. If we have an account for you, the system will send you the information to get logged in.

2. How do I unsubscribe from one of the mailing lists?

The easiest is to click to unsubscribe link in the email you received. You can also log into Citizen Connect and go to the subscriptions page.

3. My emails don't show any links, or the links just don't work.

Some email applications do not let us send you an active link; it is a security measure for your protection. It is not something we can control. You should be able to copy / paste the address into the address bar of your browser (see below for directions). Some email applications may not let you copy. Try clicking "Reply"; see if you can click or copy from the new email. For additional help, please view our URL copy page.

4. How do I subscribe to one of the mailing lists?

The easiest way is to use the quick sign up page. You can then enter your email and click on the topics that interest you. You can also log into Citizen Connect and go to the subscriptions page.
