Pawpaws
Have you ever heard of the Indiana Banana? The Pawpaw tree, native to Indiana, will have ripening fruit in early fall. There’s a secret Pawpaw patch in the park. We’ll learn about the tree, possibly sample some fruit, and you’ll go home with some recipes.

Native Tree ID Hike
Not only will we identify these trees as we hike our Native Tree Trail, but you’ll learn about their historical uses, fun folklore, and why they’re an important part of our ecological system.

Spooky Folklore Hike
This hike will be a combination of local history, a bit myth, and whole lot of nature. Spooky or peculiar stories about our flora, fauna, and past Hamilton County residents will entertain you and get you in the Halloween spirit.
